    • Auctiva.com, founded by Jeff Schlicht as an eBay auction management system
    • Jeff came up with the idea for the software after spending countless hours trying to post miscellaneous “goods” from around his apartment on eBay.

  • 1999
    • Auctionwatch.com, an early online aggregator is founded and launched by Rodrigo Sales
  • 2001
    • The company officially changes its name from Auctionwatch to Vendio, which in Latin means "to sell"
  • 2009
    • John Caplan & Kevin Ambrosini founded The OpenSky Project with the mission to "Empower the World’s Entrepreneurs"
    • Hired 15 college interns in a shared office space
  • Auctiva logo
    2015
    • Acquired Auctiva, Vendio and 11 Main
    • Took investment from Alibaba Group
    • Formed transformative distribution partnerships

    • Acquired Storenvy and Dot & Bo

    • Michael Schnapf acquires 100% of MoreCommerce as a U.S. Company
    • MoreCommerce expands the Marketplace Selling business to include, eBay, Amazon and 9 other selling channels
    • MoreCommerce opens new Corporate Office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania

    • Storenvy relaunches with a new UI, the purchase of store domains, and AfterPay
    • Auctiva launches a MoreCommerce Integration as well as Facebook Selling
