Happy Holidays! As we transition into the holiday season of perhaps the most strange and unique year most of us have ever experienced, I wanted to communicate to my team and to our many customers directly. As a business that serves other businesses, we’ve all been faced by challenges we didn’t imagine going into this year. This year has been marred by a devastating pandemic, racial and political tension, and economic uncertainty - yet we see hope in it all.

I’m proud to say that through thoughtful planning and extremely hard work by our team, our business is continuing to offer solutions to other businesses without interruption. While we could have protected our bottom line by raising pricing to our loyal, existing users, we instead added more value to help you grow. We could have slashed costs, but decided to invest in our customers and platforms to encourage opportunity.

This year has been like none other and we hope we never see one like it again. But through it all, the MoreCommerce team has rallied together to keep our business strong and to work to protect the businesses of countless other SMBs. I am proud of what our team has accomplished and who they’ve shown themselves to be. I’m proud of our clients, who are the reason we show up every day.
